To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
Main Responsibilities- Admission Management: Oversee the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrolment.
- CRM System Management: Ensure the CRM system is up-to-date and accurately reflects all admission activities.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate accurate reports and identify conversion trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- Experience: At least 5 to 6 years of experience in a sales management, business development, or customer experience role within the education or service-oriented industry.
- Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
