  • Admission Management: Oversee the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrolment.
  • CRM System Management: Ensure the CRM system is up-to-date and accurately reflects all admission activities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate accurate reports and identify conversion trends to inform strategic decisions.
Key Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
  • Experience: At least 5 to 6 years of experience in a sales management, business development, or customer experience role within the education or service-oriented industry.
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
