Key Account Business Developer

Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing customer performance for key accounts within the region (GP and volume) and initiating or supporting corrective actions in case of target deviations. You will also maintain a sufficient vertical pipeline with high data quality in CoreLOG. In addition, you will build internal and external industry network relations and represent CXG as a lead expert. You will act as a senior CXG representative for key accounts in the assigned industry, maintaining and developing strong customer relationships.
Your Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Life Sciences, or a related field. You will also need minimum of 5+ years of experience in key account management, business development in logistics industry. Your skill set should include proven ability to drive customer growth and retention through portfolio planning, account optimization, and strategic business development. You will also need excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to develop long-term customer relationships.
