IT Channel Sales Leader

This is an exciting opportunity for an IT Channel Sales Leader to join our team and drive growth through our cloud and service provider partners in the KSA Region. As a key member of our Partner Ecosystem team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to expand Red Hat's presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Partner Ecosystem: Recruit, develop, and manage long-term relationships with cloud and service provider partners in your region.
- Drive Growth & Protect Channel Integrity: Drive incremental business growth through these partners by identifying new joint sales opportunities and repeatable solutions.
- Ensure Partner Compliance & Enablement: Ensure partners fulfill all program and contractual requirements, and coordinate training and technical enablement initiatives to build partner capabilities.
- Joint Planning & Business Reviews: Develop and execute joint business plans with partners, set clear goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and conduct regular business reviews with partner and Red Hat stakeholders.
- Pipeline Development & Co-Selling: Work closely with partners and Red Hat sales teams to generate partner-sourced pipeline and co-sell opportunities.
