Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team at Giza Systems KSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Health and Education sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets for designated accounts and marketing targets to bring in leads for all Lines of Business (LoBs) across assigned accounts.
  • Lead Identification and Assessment: Identify leads or opportunities for all LoBs across assigned accounts, assess their potential, and engage with LoB Managers to determine the best course of action.
  • Reporting and Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on opportunity and lead status, and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and work with the Sales Manager to bring in new client accounts.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Handle all client communications, resolve issues, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Opportunities and Bidding: Identify and pursue sales opportunities across assigned accounts, participate in bidding decisions, and work with the Sales Manager and Country Manager to ensure successful project execution.
  • Project Monitoring and Follow-up: Monitor project progress, follow up with COM and Project Managers, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Price Negotiations and CRM Management: Negotiate prices with suppliers, update CRM records, and ensure accurate and up-to-date information on opportunities and accounts.
  • Market and Pricing Strategies: Work with the Sales Manager and Presales team to develop market and pricing strategies for assigned accounts.
  • Account Management and Follow-up: Schedule follow-up visits with accounts, ensure smooth project execution, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Industry Knowledge and Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, support and contribute to virtual industry Special Interest Groups (SIGs), and work with the Presales team to ensure knowledge of LoBs' portfolio and new solutions/products.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Orientation: Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Sales and Marketing Skills: Possess excellent sales and marketing skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Language Skills: Have an excellent command of English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Solution Selling and Integration Experience: Preferable experience in solution selling and integration value propositions.
  • Software Industry Experience: Good experience in the software industry.
  • Saudi Market Awareness: Aware of the Saudi market.
  • Government Sector Expertise: Expert in the government sector, especially the Health and Education sector.
Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a specialization depending on the industry.
