Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Account Manager to join our team at PARK Senior Villas Chandler. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our clients in the Oil and Gas industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand our market share in the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' business needs, providing tailored solutions and services to meet their requirements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales interactions, opportunities, and client relationships, using CRM systems to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in sales forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes, providing input and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and deliver sales training and coaching to team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and technical roles within the Oil and Gas industry, specifically in services projects for instrumentation and digital applications.
  • Strong background and knowledge in digital application software and smart solutions.
  • Extensive experience working with major clients in the Oil and Gas industry, with a thorough understanding of their standards and requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop creative solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Renewable Energy, or a related field).
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in sales and business development.
