Revenue Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Sales Professional to join our team at Qiwa World Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and leading the corporate sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
You will develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase hotel bookings, while collaborating closely with marketing and revenue management teams to develop pricing and promotional strategies to attract corporate clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with corporate clients, including local and international businesses, travel agencies, and corporate event planners.
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively pursue corporate accounts to increase hotel bookings and event bookings.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and revenue management teams to develop pricing and promotional strategies to attract corporate clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales within the luxury hotel or hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a senior sales role.
- Proven track record of driving corporate business growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
