**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team at ALMAALY RECRUITMENT. As a Senior Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth through market research and strategic planning.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media marketing.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and conduct thorough needs assessments to identify selling possibilities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on services to showcase the value proposition of our company.
- Negotiate and close deals while handling customer complaints and objections in a professional manner.
**Requirements:**
A Saudi Driving License is required for this role.
Excellent communication skills in English and good speaking skills in Arabic are essential.
The ideal candidate should have recruitment sales experience and be able to work effectively with sales targets.
Salary and commission-based incentives are offered to successful candidates.
Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
