About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to join our team in the Middle East region.
The successful candidate will design and execute a specific Go To Market strategy for our Enterprise customers across KSA, driving revenue growth and ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.
This role involves managing a direct sales team, communicating and aligning strategies across the UiPath ecosystem, and creating a culture of high performance.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need extensive experience building, managing, and coaching high-performing enterprise sales teams and creating winning cultures.
You must have the ability to define and execute industry GTM strategies, a demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets, and experience working in value-driven sales environments.
Additionally, you should possess excellent analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences, and be willing to travel 40-60% of the time for customer engagements.
