HR Generalist

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, maintaining a database of candidate profiles, and coordinating with hiring managers to fill open positions. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet business needs.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to identify and attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Application Management: Manage the application process, including screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and benefits enrollment.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular recruitment metrics and analytics to stakeholders, including time-to-hire, source of hire, and diversity metrics.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Language: Fluency in English and Arabic, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
