Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a robust used car business strategy.
- Sourcing high-quality used cars from reputable suppliers.
- Managing budgets, employment, and other operational aspects of the business.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers and partners.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, with recent experience in used cars.
- Proven track record of managing at least 5 sites simultaneously.
- Annual turnover of over $300 million USD and over 8,000 car units sold per year.
- P&L responsibility and experience in multi-location and multi-brand environments.
An attractive salary package is available for the right candidate.
