Business Development and Partnership Executive

BUILDING PARTNERSHIPS AND DRIVING GROWTH is at the heart of our business strategy. We are looking for an experienced Business Development and Partnership Executive to help us achieve our goals. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with potential clients, creating business proposals, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities and markets.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Managing new leads and client meetings.
- Creating and delivering compelling business proposals.
- Communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Preparing documents and presentations.
- Conducting market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Exploring new channels for lead generation.
- Tracking and reporting on business development progress.
- SUPPORTING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SALES STRATEGIES.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong research, strategy, and communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in various technology tools.
- Ability to take initiative and drive projects to completion.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Negotiation skills, empathy, and a willingness to learn.
