Business Partnership Executive

In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive sales growth, expand selection on the platform, and improve retention among existing seller base.
Responsibilities- Conducting deep dive analysis on issues affecting seller business performance to highlight opportunities for increasing sales.
- Analyzing territory trends, diagnosing root causes of performance, and creating actionable plans for operational improvements.
- Defining the territory, opportunities, and goals within the portfolio of accounts.
- Identifying key business opportunities for the territory and managing towards a growth plan.
- Implementing account management best practices.
- University degree in economics, business administration, marketing, engineering or related majors.
- 5+ years of account management or sales work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of success in targets-driven sales environment.
- Skilled in business development with strong objection-handling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to persuade, convince, and explain complex concepts in simple manner.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Analytical with ability to apply intermediate Excel skills.
- Experience with data analytics, either in professional or academic capacity.
- Experience in Internet, e-commerce, and retail companies is preferable.
- 3+ Years in FMCG sector.
- 3+ Years in Beauty sector.
