Business Partnership Executive

In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive sales growth, expand selection on the platform, and improve retention among existing seller base.

Responsibilities
  1. Conducting deep dive analysis on issues affecting seller business performance to highlight opportunities for increasing sales.
  2. Analyzing territory trends, diagnosing root causes of performance, and creating actionable plans for operational improvements.
  3. Defining the territory, opportunities, and goals within the portfolio of accounts.
  4. Identifying key business opportunities for the territory and managing towards a growth plan.
  5. Implementing account management best practices.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • University degree in economics, business administration, marketing, engineering or related majors.
  • 5+ years of account management or sales work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of success in targets-driven sales environment.
  • Skilled in business development with strong objection-handling skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to persuade, convince, and explain complex concepts in simple manner.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Analytical with ability to apply intermediate Excel skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with data analytics, either in professional or academic capacity.
  • Experience in Internet, e-commerce, and retail companies is preferable.
  • 3+ Years in FMCG sector.
  • 3+ Years in Beauty sector.
