Office Management Specialist

We are looking for a Office Management Specialist to join our team at NHC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Admin & Facilities function, including maintaining records for all service contracts, developing and maintaining a list of partner hotels, and proactively seeking and contributing to establishing and amending contracts with third-party service providers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the development and execution of Admin & Facilities policies, procedures, and workflows
- Maintain records for all service contracts
- Develop and maintain a list of partner hotels
- Proactively seek and contribute to establishing and amending contracts with third-party service providers
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in a similar position
- Advanced knowledge of Admin & Facilities processes, tools, and frameworks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Admin function for a comparable organization
