About This Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Office Management Specialist to join our team at Esri. As a key member of our regional office, you will be responsible for delivering administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Main Tasks

  1. Provide administrative support to the regional manager and other staff members, including managing office accounting and monitoring purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
  2. Be an expert by serving as the main point of contact for any questions related to the office, management, and staff.
  3. Make an impact by supervising and mentoring administrative support staff, managing onboarding and offboarding for all new hires and interns, and partnering with HR representatives to handle onsite interview logistics and/or training needs.
  4. Foster community by scheduling and coordinating meetings, trade shows, conferences, and other events, and keeping staff informed of office activities and deadlines.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  1. 5+ years of administrative and/or office management experience, including customer-related and supervisory experience or an equivalent combination thereof.
  2. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management, staff, and departments.
  4. Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills and attention to detail.
  5. Excellent computer skills including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Professional command of English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
  7. High school diploma or equivalent.
