Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage annual budgets for each compound/camp, ensuring alignment with company goals. Monitor financial performance, control costs, and identify opportunities to increase profitability.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the maintenance, utilities, security, housekeeping, and catering services across all compounds. Continuously optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding existing services. Develop strategic partnerships and maintain strong relationships with key clients, government bodies, and industry stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of professionals. Set clear goals and performance standards for the team and ensure their professional development through training and continuous feedback.
  • Client Relations: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction among residents and clients by addressing concerns and improving the quality of services.
  • Compliance: Ensure all compounds and labour camps are operated in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Strong financial management experience, with a proven track record of P&L management and business growth.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
