Job Description

A Sales Development Manager at Jawdah Industrial Co. focuses on expanding the company's presence in the construction and building materials sector by identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and increasing sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Expansion & Lead Generation
    • Identify potential clients such as contractors, developers, architects, and distributors.
    • Develop strategies to enter new markets and expand the customer base.
    • Generate leads through networking, trade shows, and online research.
  • Sales & Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, construction firms, and wholesalers.
    • Understand client needs and recommend suitable building materials.
    • Ensure excellent after-sales service and customer satisfaction.
  • Product & Industry Knowledge
    • Stay updated on building materials trends, innovations, and competitors.
    • Develop a deep understanding of products like cement, steel, tiles, wood, glass, and insulation materials.
  • Negotiation & Contract Management
    • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions.
    • Work on tenders and bids for large construction projects.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams
    • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams for smooth operations.
    • Provide market feedback to improve product offerings.
