Strategic Operations Coordinator

PipeCare Group, a leading provider of pipeline and facility asset integrity solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Coordinator to support the Chairman.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate various projects and activities to ensure seamless execution and timely completion.
  2. Provide administrative and operational support to the Chairman, including scheduling appointments and meetings, coordinating resources, and assembling reference material.
  3. Develop and maintain a basic knowledge of all major initiatives of the Institute.

Main Duties:

  1. Provide executive-level support to the Chairman, including preparing for meetings and internal/external activities.
  2. Coordinate travel arrangements, including developing itineraries, booking flights and hotel arrangements, and reserving meeting facilities.
  3. Serve as a point of contact for the Chairman and establish a strong working relationship with the Executive Personal Assistant.
  4. Proactively identify and exercise independent analysis and judgement in prioritizing situations requiring the Chairman's attention.
  5. Track the Chairman's project deadlines and needs while meeting one's own deliverables.
  6. Accompany the Chairman on business trips and travel to carry out duties assigned by the CEO.
  7. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Master of Arts degree, Master of Science degree, or equivalent degree.
  2. 5+ years of experience in complex coordination of activities, management, or comparable experience.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues.
  5. Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  7. Capacity to think strategically, critically, and respond analytically.
  8. Ability to edit and format documents.
  9. Mastery of Microsoft Office suite.
  10. Flexibility in working with new issues, topics, and approaches.
