Event Project Manager

Foreground Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled Event Project Manager to join our team. As an Event Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event projects, from concept development to post-event evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets that align with organizational goals and client expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders, to execute events seamlessly.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives, providing clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Source and secure vendors, venues, and equipment, negotiating contracts to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Identify and manage project risks proactively, developing contingency plans as needed.
  • Ensure all events comply with local regulations and industry standards, maintaining safety and legal compliance.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering professional growth and ensuring a high-performing team.
  • Oversee all logistical aspects of events, ensuring smooth execution from setup to breakdown.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations, gathering feedback from clients and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience in event or project management, with a focus on large-scale events.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi event industry, including trends and regulations.
  • Fluency in Arabic, English, and ideally French, with strong communication skills.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
