About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our team at Career Maker Bahrain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with our clients and partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of achieving sales targets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders in the swimming community.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the sports or fitness industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
