Key Responsibilities- Prepare all requirements related to government relations and HR operations.
- Provide reports to the Government Relations Manager.
- Follow, renew, and maintain all company documents.
- Keep all documents required by governmental agencies.
- Communicate with governmental entities to issue licenses and other related documents as required.
- Follow-up with all government authorities for all new & related legalization requirements and take the proper actions to maintain them.
- Manage all duties of Government Relations - GR.
- Follow, renew, and maintain all company documents such as CR, HRSD, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, TGA, etc.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Government Relations & HR operations.
- Good knowledge of laws and procedures related to HRSD, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, TGA and other Government/Ministries.
- Strong knowledge of KSA Iqama and Visa procedures.
- Good experience in dealing with government authorities.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations.
- Updated with current office technology and computer software including MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
