Your primary responsibilities will include:

Sales Visionary
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and growth plans.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
Customer Centricity
  • Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, investors, and government entities.
Operational Effectiveness
  • Optimise sales operations to ensure high performance, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to enhance sales performance and customer engagement.
Team Collaboration
  • Mentor and inspire a high-performing sales team (200+ members) to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Build a sales culture of excellence, accountability, and motivation, ensuring teams are aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.

We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in sales leadership, ideally with 10+ years of experience in real estate, PropTech, SaaS, fintech, or high-growth industries. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with CRM systems, managing large sales teams, and driving revenue growth. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
