Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting and Analysis
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports using advanced Excel formulas and pivot tables.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement in call center operations by analyzing data insights.
Data Management
- Maintain accurate databases to ensure data integrity.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve business decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in data reporting, analytics, or a call center environment.
