Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, statistics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in data reporting, analytics, or a call center environment.
