Customer Service Supervisor Lead

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor Lead to join our front desk team at Crowne Plaza Riyadh RDC Hotel & Convention Center.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the front desk team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Develop and implement effective customer service strategies.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and track preferences.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
