At Dafater, we are looking for a highly skilled Customer Success Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our customer success department, you will be responsible for leading a team of specialists in ensuring outstanding client experiences.
Job Description:- Oversee and guide a team of Customer Success Specialists to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on customer needs and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Customer Success Specialists to achieve customer satisfaction targets.
- Act as the escalation point for complex customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Identify opportunities for customers to expand their use of our products and services.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering customer satisfaction targets.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
