Job Description:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on customer needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Customer Success Specialists to achieve customer satisfaction targets.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to expand their use of our products and services.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering customer satisfaction targets.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
