Enterprise Sales Leader

Pursue a challenging role as an Enterprise Sales Executive with Payrails, where you will drive revenue growth by expanding our customer base. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional payment solutions to leading technology companies worldwide.

- Execute effective sales strategies while remaining focused on complex solution development
- Maintain relevance to merchants and provide valuable interactions
You will work closely with our founding team to iterate and refine sales processes, accelerate growth, and support the creation of a highly productive and flexible environment.
Your Responsibilities- Take ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting to close with a focus on achieving results
- Leverage existing industry contacts and networks to generate leads and facilitate introductions with potential clients
- Build relationships with prospects to identify their problems and bring tailored solutions
- Identify and prioritize target accounts and key decision-makers, focusing on establishing and maintaining strong relationships with C-level executives
- Work closely with the founding team and support iterating sales processes to accelerate growth further
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management
- Identify effective methods to meet and exceed sales targets
- Understand customer needs and systematically bring detailed feedback to the product teams to inform the roadmap and priorities
- 6+ years of experience selling high ACV software products to enterprise customers with a proven track record of success in selling complex solutions to C-level executives, particularly CFOs
- A builder who is excited to wear multiple hats and operate in a highly dynamic environment with a clear focus on achieving results
- A gifted communicator, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex solutions in a simple and relevant manner in different formats - i.e., calls, emails, and social media
- Highly organized and great at handling multiple opportunities in your pipeline simultaneously
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Willingsness to travel to support our clients and build new partnerships
