Business Requirements Specialist

Oivan seeks an experienced Data Center Infrastructure Delivery Manager to manage local and international software IT projects in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities will include documenting product roadmaps, timeline changes, and communicating closely with technical product owners. You will also prepare and translate Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and facilitate continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications- At least 5-7 years of experience in software project management, preferably with a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both in writing and speaking.
- Strong leadership and technical skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex software projects.
You will be based on-site at our customer's premises in Riyadh, KSA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse and geographically distributed team of technology and business experts.
