About the Role

Giesecke+Devrient is a leading technology company that provides innovative solutions for the digital age. We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Administrator to join our team in the Middle East and Africa region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including sales order processing, tender management, and sales administration.
  • Support and monitor customer payments, follow up regularly, and escalate issues to the Country Sales Manager as needed.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Finance, Project Management, and Service, to achieve team targets.
  • Provide accurate reporting of sales progress and targets using Salesforce.
  • Generate customer quotations, prepare tender documents, and coordinate with internal and external suppliers.
  • Manage external party purchase orders, monitor committed delivery times, and track stock levels against open orders.
  • Assist with customer demands and requirements through verbal and written correspondence.
  • Handle orders internally and externally, including SAP system, suppliers, freight forwarders, and invoicing.
  • Track commercial customer SLA for MBCC cash services, provide daily reports, and respond to customer requests.
  • Monitor customer credit limits and communicate order, project delivery status to the Country Sales Manager.
  • Consolidate technical and financial information, obtain approval for bids or quotations, and own the end-to-end customer proposal process.
  • Update Salesforce accurately for smooth month-end closing reporting of revenues and order income.
  • Timely creation of warranty or service contracts in CRM Service and coordination with Service for spare parts under warranty and preventive maintenance visits.
Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, or order processing, preferably in the Middle East and/or Africa region.
  • General Office skills with proficient use of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Proficient knowledge using Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced business-related degree will be an advantage.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Arabic is mandatory.
