The role involves:

  1. Developing and executing a high-impact sales strategy aligned with the company's ambitious growth plans.
  2. Identifying and capitalising on new market opportunities, forging partnerships that drive business expansion and revenue growth.
  3. Leading and optimising end-to-end sales operations, ensuring high performance, efficiency, and scalability.

Sales Excellence

  1. Drive large-scale deal negotiations and secure high-value commercial agreements with key stakeholders, enterprises, and institutional clients.
  2. Establish and nurture relationships with high-level decision-makers, including developers, investors, and government entities.
  3. Develop a robust pipeline for new business opportunities and oversee deal closures that directly contribute to the company's top-line growth.
  4. Inspire, mentor, and lead a large, high-performing sales organisation (200+ team members).
  5. Build a sales culture of excellence, accountability, and motivation, ensuring teams are aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
  6. Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent, fostering a high-energy, results-driven environment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  1. Work closely with the business strategy teams and the top management to shape the company's expansion roadmap and navigate new market entry strategies.
  2. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to refine product-market fit, sales models, and go-to-market strategies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  4. Analyse regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to refine sales strategies and identify emerging opportunities.
  5. Develop localised sales playbooks, tailoring approaches based on cultural, economic, and regulatory dynamics.
  6. Encourage innovation and leverage technology to enhance sales performance, customer engagement, and deal conversion rates.

Key Requirements

  1. 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in real estate, PropTech, SaaS, fintech, or high-growth industries.
  2. Extensive experience in working with CRM systems to manage teams.
  3. Proven track record of scaling sales operations, driving revenue growth, and securing large enterprise deals.
  4. Experience leading and managing large sales teams.
  5. Experience in managing P&L and optimising sales performance through data-driven decision-making (Preferred).
  6. Deep understanding of the Saudi and MENA markets, with experience in business expansion, market entry strategies, and competitive positioning.
  7. Strong network and relationships within the real estate, finance, and government sectors in the MENA region (Preferred).
  8. Strong commercial acumen and deal-making expertise, with the ability to negotiate and close complex, high-value contracts.
  9. Arabic language skills are required.
  10. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, execution, and scaling businesses in dynamic environments.
  11. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a hands-on approach.
