- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business leads.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts and partnerships.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development plan to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the catering or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of catering services, operations, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
