Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant

Kataliser is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to join our sales and business development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of our lending products and providing support to the sales team in various capacities.
Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective pre-sales strategies that align with business goals and objectives. You will analyze client requirements and tailor product demonstrations and presentations to showcase how our lending solutions meet their specific needs.
You will engage with potential clients through presentations, workshops, and demonstrations to articulate the value proposition of our lending products. Conduct needs assessments and gather information to provide tailored solutions.
Your role will involve working closely with the sales team to understand customer pain points and contributing to the development of customized proposals and quotations. Provide support in preparing responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFIs (Requests for Information), wherever required.
As a consultant, you will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations based on their specific lending needs.
Key responsibilities include conducting compelling product demonstrations to showcase the functionality and benefits of our lending solutions. Address client questions and concerns during product demonstrations to ensure a comprehensive understanding.
You will also work closely with the sales team on client contract negotiations and ensure approval is sought from Commercial Excellence team on all deals. Additionally, you will provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their understanding of lending products and improve their ability to communicate product value to clients.
Maintain market intelligence by monitoring trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights for product enhancement and development.
