About This Role:
We're seeking a skilled Technical Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team at Nybl. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide technical expertise to customers, collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, and design tailored solutions to meet their needs. Your primary focus will be on delivering the right technical solutions, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring sales success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with sales teams to comprehensively understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
  2. Conduct engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and proof of concepts (PoCs) to exhibit the capabilities of Nybl's products or services.
  3. Design customized solutions that align with each customer's unique needs and challenges.
  4. Lead the development and execution of PoCs, working closely with the customer to showcase the feasibility and value of our solutions.
  5. Provide prompt and accurate technical support to sales teams and potential customers by addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  6. Perform competitive analysis to gain insights into market trends and positioning, contributing to strategic decision-making.
  7. Gather valuable feedback from customers and communicate insights to the product development teams to drive continuous improvement.
  8. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, keeping Nybl at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in a technical pre-sales or similar role, preferably within the AI or SaaS industry.
  3. Technical expertise in relevant technologies or products, with a deep understanding of AI concepts and applications.
  4. Experience in conducting proof of concepts (PoCs) and delivering technical presentations to diverse audiences.
  5. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, coupled with a collaborative mindset.
  7. Experience working with CRM and other sales tools is advantageous.
