Job Description

The Senior Manager Growth - Operations & Reporting will be responsible for managing various procurement portals in Saudi Arabia, including Etimad and others. This includes tasks such as registering on portals, monitoring for new tenders, analyzing tender opportunities, dispatching them, and ensuring submissions are accurate and timely.

Key Skills:
  • Experience in managing multiple procurement portals to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ability to track and analyze tender opportunities from various platforms to maximize business potential.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills to oversee the dispatch and submission process of tenders.
  • Collaboration skills to work with legal and agency teams to confirm documents meet legal and administrative standards.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal, Finance, Accounting, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in project management/admin tasks, ideally with expertise in managing various procurement platforms.
  • Strong skills in Office Suite of tools, especially Excel.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required; preference for candidates who are Saudi nationals.
