We are a dynamic and growing company in the marketing industry, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team in Riyadh.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and results-driven Sales Account Manager to help us develop our business activities in the Saudi Arabian and Gulf region. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and selling expert marketing services to our clients, maintaining strong relationships with them, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development

Identify new business opportunities by evaluating prospects and their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options, and developing strategies to pursue them.

  1. Client Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, and recommending profit and service improvements.

  1. Market Analysis

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify product improvements or new products that can drive business growth.

  1. Proposal and Reporting

Create frequent proposals, reviews, and reports with sales and financial data to demonstrate the value of our services to clients.

  1. Event Participation

Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences to showcase our services and build relationships with potential clients.

  1. Negotiation and Closing

Negotiate and close deals with clients, handle complaints or objections, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

  1. Reporting and Analysis

Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information to help us make informed business decisions.

  1. Team Collaboration

Collaborate with account managers to transfer clients to the team and ensure a smooth handover.

  1. Upselling and Cross-Selling

Identify potential projects that have a high likelihood for upselling and cross-selling, and develop strategies to pursue them.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 2+ years of experience in the marketing industry.
  2. Very comfortable with business dealings.
  3. Language proficiency in Arabic and English.
  4. High communication and presentation skills.
  5. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  6. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  7. Marketing agency background preferred.
  8. Startup and tech ecosystem background preferred.
