Duties and Responsibilities
The Inside Sales Expert (Channel Development and Customer Engagement) will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing efforts of our company, driving overall business demand and meeting specific weekly and monthly activities.
Key responsibilities include participating in specific calls to support sales and marketing campaigns, conducting cold calling as part of an overall campaign to drive specific leads, and following up on call campaigns to target specific end users.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals and teams both locally and remotely. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with at least 2 years' experience in sales preferably in an inside sales position calling directly into customers, is also required.
In addition, the position requires commercial acumen, a willingness to learn and develop, education acumen, and strong time management and planning skills. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high degree of comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
