Provider Partnerships Lead

The Provider Partnerships Lead will be responsible for leading the partnership between Bupa Arabia and its network providers. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, driving business growth, and improving operations.
Key Accountabilities:
- Negotiate and manage contracts to achieve improved commercial terms and operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing providers, assess their integration into the Bupa network, and identify critical trends in medical practice.
- Communicate agreements to the commercial and support team for uploading and implementation, and monitor compliance with claims statements.
- Support in developing and implementing training programs for providers' staff on new Bupa systems, policies, and procedures.
