Requirements:

Key responsibilities:

  • Achieve predetermined sales targets.
  • Complete, update, and maintain all required sales administration and reporting systems.
  • Locate potential business through research, prospecting, telecanvassing, and cold calling.
  • Attend to phone enquiries and leads.
  • Conduct sales calls and presentations to new or existing customers.
  • Undertake needs analysis by conducting thorough surveys of client premises.
  • Complete site risk assessments for every client proposal.
  • Report findings to clients through pricing structures that describe the benefits of using our services.
  • Gain client acceptance and authorization on new service agreements.
  • Approach the client portfolio for annual price adjustments.
  • Maintain and improve client retention by building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Increase the client portfolio by identifying cross and upselling opportunities.
  • Carry out account management for allocated customers.
  • Monitor the daytoday commercial performance of each account within your territory.
  • Support the tendering teams with customer surveying and quotation process.
  • Liaise with other service teams to provide excellent customer service.
  • Stay updated on market intelligence, including competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary education (advantageous).
  • Businesstobusiness sales skills and experience.
  • Minimum 1 years of sales experience in the service industry (industry knowledge advantageous).
  • Customer care experience (advantageous).
