Sales Strategy

The Head of SME & Micro Business Sales will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive SME and micro business financing growth. This includes identifying new market opportunities, designing tailored financing solutions, and building strategic partnerships with banks, fintech firms, and business networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new market opportunities and design tailored financing solutions for SMEs and micro businesses.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring high conversion rates and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with business owners, corporate clients, and financial partners.
  • Lead client acquisition, negotiations, and deal structuring, ensuring successful financing agreements.
Requirements

Mandatory:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in SME or micro business sales within banks, financial institutions, or financing companies.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and successfully closing financing deals.
  • Extensive network and strong relationships within SME and business sectors.
  • Ability to craft and execute strategic partnerships that drive business growth.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
