We are searching for an experienced leader in the hospitality industry with a proven track record in growing hotel portfolios across multiple Middle Eastern countries? We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the role of Growth, Capabilities, and Development Hospitality Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Spearhead the expansion of hotels portfolio in various Middle Eastern countries.
- Planning and setting road maps on acquisitions and building new hotels
- Overseeing project management for each project.
- Lead negotiation processes, conduct feasibility studies, and drive concept development for new projects.
- Utilise your expertise in branded hotel companies to elevate the portfolio to new heights.
- Oversee facilities and existing hotel management at the director level, ensuring operational excellence and optimal guest experiences.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of hospitality services, hotels including F&B, catering, laundry, and luxury residential properties.

**Requirements**:

- **Extensive experience in growing hotel portfolios from construction onwards.**:

- **Proven involvement in negotiation processes, feasibility studies, and concept development.**:

- **Director-level experience in feasibility and facilities management within branded hotel companies.**:

- **Broad knowledge of hospitality services, with a focus on hotels, F&B, catering, laundry, and luxury residential properties.**:

- **A track record of success in driving growth and capabilities within the hospitality sector.**?
