- Capable of identifying gaps in systems, processes, and workflows, and developing requirements to technology teams to enhance customer experience
**Requirements**:
**In this role your main responsibilities will include;**
- Achieving excellent standards of customer service and client satisfaction by providing 24/ 7 omnichannel support
- Identifying common customer complaint’s themes and proposing actionable enhancements to maximize customer satisfaction and optimize customer service
- Forecasting the requirements for the Customer Service Department and obtaining requisite approvals
- Monitoring service department KPIs and achieving NPS and customer satisfaction targets
- Overseeing research strategies conducted by the team to further improve the customer experience
- Providing input to the head of DA for continuous process improvement to drive speed and efficiency
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration, management, or related qualification
- 5+ year's experience in a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience leading customer service teams
