Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing customer service operations, analyzing customer feedback, and developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or customer experience management, with a strong background in leadership
- Proven ability to manage customer service teams and improve customer satisfaction metrics
- Retail industry experience is essential, with expertise in electronics division
- E-commerce & Digital Experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, leadership, and operational skills
- Ability to analyze data and develop effective strategies to drive business growth
