- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- ** Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients.
- ** Team Leadership**:

- Lead and motivate a team of business development professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team and track progress towards achieving them.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- ** Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and cohesion in business development efforts.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in business development.
- Strong understanding of outsourcing or management consulting industries market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective plans.
