**Business Development Director - Construction - Saudi Arabia**
Founded in 2006 to seize the opportunities brought by the rapid technological advancements in the KSA market. With the convergence of construction and telecom services, and the growing demand for modern smart buildings.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities in the telecommunication infrastructure, electromechanical services, general constructions, data center infrastructure, OSP infrastructure, and facility management sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and government entities to maximize business development opportunities.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and potential areas for business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, finance, and legal, to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and foster strategic partnerships.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities, pipeline status, and market insights.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**
**We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or strategic planning, preferably in the telecommunications or construction industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive market environment.
- Strong network of contacts within the telecommunication, construction, and facility management sectors in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of procurement laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
