**الوصف الوظيفي**:
شركة رائدة تبحث عن موظف مركز اتصال (كول سنتر) ذي خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقها. سيكون الموظف مسؤولاً عن التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء، تقديم الدعم الفني، والتسويق الهاتفي لخدمات الشركة.
**المتطلبات**:
- **الخبرة**: خبرة عملية من سنة إلى سنتين في مجال مراكز الاتصال أو خدمة العملاء.
- **المؤهل العلمي**: شهادة الثانوية العامة على الأقل؛ ويفضل شهادة الدبلوم أو البكالوريوس.
**المهارات**:
- مهارات اتصال شفوية وكتابية ممتازة.
- إجادة استخدام برامج الحاسب الآلي المكتبية (مثل حزمة مايكروسوفت أوفيس).
- القدرة على التعامل مع أنظمة إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM).
- مهارات حل المشكلات وقدرة على التفكير النقدي.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
- مهارات خدمة عملاء ممتازة والتعامل مع مختلف الشخصيات.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.
