**Business Development Executive - Male**

**Only immediate joiners locally available in Saudi Arabia with valid IQAMA should apply**

**Key Responsibilities**:
✔ Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the manpower and recruitment industry.

✔ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

✔ Prospect, qualify, and onboard new clients through targeted sales efforts and networking activities.

✔ Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

✔ Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and service requirements.

✔ Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase our services and discuss staffing solutions.

✔ Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.

✔Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client needs.

✔ Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless and efficient staffing solutions.

**Qualifications**:
✔Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

✔1-2 years of experience in business development, and sales, with a focus on manpower and recruiting in Oil & Gas, Power & Renewable, and Construction & Infrastructure.

✔Strong understanding of Saudi region's labor market and business landscape.

✔Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

✔Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.

✔Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

✔Immediate joining with valid IQAMA.

✔Food, Accommodation and Transportation will be provided by the company

**Job Type**: Contract
