Onboarding Coordinator

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Preparesfor the arrival schedule of new employees, arranges transportation, receives,sorts and checks the accommodation keys, with the concerned staff.
- Ensuresnew hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware/softwareand distribute manuals, passwords, and guidelines, as needed.
- Ensuresthat all new employees receive consistent and essential information throughoutthe orientation process, including introduction to policy, procedures, employeerelations manual as well as the government labour law
- Auditsdata and setting up employee profiles in Human Capital Systems; assisting withthe coordination, preparation, and distribution of employee documentation.
- Ensuresthat new employees complete the necessary paperwork in a timely manner.
- Identifiesinnovative and creative new ways to onboard new employees/reach a more scalableand measurable onboarding experience.
- Ensuresthat all new employees are introduced to the Hospital’s mission, vision, valuesand roles
- Ensuresthat the employee orientation process is complete and an appropriate follow-uptakes place within a specified period until new employees have settledcomfortably in their new environment.
- Preparesreports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends, includingthe productivity and achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Assistsin the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures,contributes to the maintenance of handbook on policies and procedures.
**Education**:
Bachelor's Degree in HumanResource Management, or other related discipline is required.
**Experience Required**:
**Grade09**:
Three(3) years of related experience is required.
**Grade10**:
five (5) years ofrelated experience, including two (2) years of (Grade 09) experience is required.
**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:
Saudi Nationals Only.
