- إعداد الخطط اللازمة للمركز وتطوير الآليات بما يتوافق مع أي تحديثات
- إعداد ميزانية القسم وإعداد تقارير المستهلكات المصروفة من الميزانية ورفعها لرئيس قسم التطوير
- الإشراف على عملية التوظيف واستقطاب الموظفين لكافة الأدوار
- إعداد مؤشرات وإحصائيات أداء المركز ورفعه شهريا إلى رئيس قسم مركز الاتصالات والمواعيد
- تتبع صفحة الحجوزات للأطباء وعمل تقارير خاصة
