**About the Role**

As an integral member of the international commercial team, you will be responsible for high revenue growth through the acquisition of new business, while retaining and expanding our existing clients. You will drive strategic engagement with executives in key accounts, while also crafting and executing strategies to increase and diversify our account portfolio.

You will work closely with local Managing Director, Executive Engagement Directors and Delivery Directors to maintain our reputation for excellent value whilst working with a global engagement and strategy team to identify and capitalise on opportunities for growth.

**What you’ll do**

Reporting into the Executive Engagement Director, you will:

- Own one or more accounts building strong relationships with the client.
- Research, own and execute account development plans with goals and action steps for each account
- Own the P&L for the account(s) working with Delivery, Strategy & Experience and Technology teams to deliver.
- Build a solid pipeline of potential clients / partners in both target and vertical markets deliver on the significant growth agenda the business has, all within the context of a global operation
- Deliver on quarterly and annual sales, revenue and profit quotas as set by the business by growing projects into long term partnerships
- Deliver through solutions selling, value based proposition using consultation, expert advice and building trusted advisor status.
- Educate and engage with clients throughout the lifecycle of the relationship to enhance and build strong trusted executive relationships for the future.
- Negotiating and delivering pricing that brings value to Monstarlab and our clients.
- Closing Business - Bring deals to a close in a timely manner consistent with sales quota and better.
- Serve as the voice of the customer to internal colleagues, highlighting opportunities for service and product enhancements
- Identify new workstreams and stakeholders within our client’s business environment
- Remain knowledgeable about industry trends and the latest news affecting your market
- Coordinate pitch responses to RFPs and briefs
- Work with the Marketing team to plan and execute an account-based marketing strategy
- Represent Monstarlab at industry events and be a recognised thought leadership voice in the market
- Assist leadership team in continuing to build a successful team and culture which includes contributing to key successful hires and mentoring talent
- Exhibit respectful and caring behaviors and values in every interaction with Monstarlab talent

**About you**

You are a proactive and driven individual who is excited by the prospect of joining a high-growth company with ambitious targets. You will champion client satisfaction, and look to nurture and grow your accounts through adding value and delivering commercial results. You are detail oriented with a desire to learn your clients business and become an indispensable extension of their teams.

You are passionate about the business transformation which can be achieved through technology and you’ll demonstrate an interest in the trends and market forces affecting organizations in KSA.

You have proven experience of being a trusted advisor and you are comfortable interacting with c-level executives in a professional, concise and culturally sensitive manner. You can call on relevant expertise of winning and growing client accounts year on year.

You will be comfortable reporting into a global commercial structure and taking responsibility for a sales and revenue target. You also consider yourself to be a team player, demonstrating the emotional intelligence to lead indirect reports into delivering the best work of their careers.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communicator; ability to listen first and foremost.
- Persistence and passion for the customer and their needs.
- Consultative skills; strong problem solving skills, ability to adapt to challenging situations with creativity and resourcefulness.
- Strong commercial skills especially around negotiating and closing.
- Working autonomously with limited support and guidance with strong organisation skills
