**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire process of sourcing, buying, and selling motorbike spare parts and accessories.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers, whether businesses or retailers.
- Register and maintain product details information for technical and marketing purposes.
- Register, monitor, and update stock levels as per best practices and company policies to avoid shortages or excess and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Oversee customs clearance for imported goods, ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations.
- Work with customs brokers to avoid delays and minimise costs.
- Set competitive pricing based on market trends and cost evaluations.
- Manage logistics, shipments, and ensure on-time delivery of parts.
- Negotiate terms and prices with suppliers for cost-effective procurement.
- Maintain complete documentation for purchases, shipments, and stock levels.
- Generate reports on inventory and supplier performance.
- Resolve any issues related to delayed shipments, damaged goods, or discrepancies in orders.
- Set up key marketing tools for the stores to promote and achieve sales targets like Google Maps, WhatsApp, Facebook, Search, and online stores.

**Job Requirements**:

- Experience in motorbike spare parts logistics.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, purchasing, inventory, and supply chain management.
- Knowledge in the imports of spare parts from different countries like China, India, etc.
- Familiarity with Saudi customs laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical degree in mechanical related field - Preferred
