**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identifying opportunities for new business development by following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- Generating new business by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
- Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating, and delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations.
- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Understanding clients' business needs and tailoring ERP solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software sales, preferably within the ERP.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in Arabic and English written and verbal.
