**وصف الوظيفة**:
- أن تكون مسؤولاً تمامًا عن توليد الإيرادات من مكانات المعارض وحزم الرعاية لتحقيق الأهداف المبيعات المتفق عليها لفعاليتك
- بيع مساحة المعرض والرعايات وفقًا للأهداف المحددة لضمان تحقيق ميزانية الإيرادات
- العمل مع مدير الحدث لدعم إدارة شبكة وكلاء المبيعات في الخارج الذين يبيعون مكانات المعرض والرعاية وتحقيق الأهداف المبيعات المتفق عليها
- البحث, التفكير وتقييم فرص الأعمال الجديدة
- مراقبة أرقام المبيعات وتقديم تقارير أسبوعية وشهرية وربع سنوية لتمكين الإدارة العليا من متابعة تقدم العرض والرعايات
- مراجعة ومراقبة النشرات/المعارض النموذجية بانتظام وبشكل متكرر وتحديد فرص جديدة لضمان تطوير الفرص التجارية واستغلالها
- الحفاظ على اتصال مستمر وزيارة العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين لضمان تطوير الأعمال الحالية والجديدة
- زيارة المعارض والفعاليات الأخرى للتواصل مع العملاء الحاليين وتطوير العلاقات مع العملاء المحتملين
- تحديد وتطوير فرص الأعمال الجديدة من خلال النمو العضوي/تطوير منتج جديد لتحقيق أقصى قدر من الإيرادات
- إقامة علاقات مهمة في جميع أنحاء السوق للتعرف على فرص الأعمال الجديدة/الاستحواذ
- بالتعاون مع مدير الحدث ومدير التسويق، المساعدة في تطوير استراتيجية تسويقية لتوليد أقصى عدد من المشاركين وزوار المعرض والمعارض
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع قسم الحسابات في تحصيل مبيعات المعرض
- المشاركة في فريق الموقع، وضمان سير الفعالية بسلاسة
**التقارير والإدارة**:
- تحديث جميع الأنشطة وجهات الاتصال على SalesForce (نظام CRM)
- تحميل الحجوزات في SalesForce
- تقديم تقرير أسبوعي عن خطة العمل قبل اجتماع الأنابيب
- الإبلاغ بانتظام في اجتماع الأنابيب الأسبوعي
**المؤهلات**:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في إدارة المبيعات B2B والتعامل مع الحسابات في صناعة المعارض/الفعاليات.
- المعرفة في بيع منتجات/خدمات التصميم والضيافة هي ميزة إضافية
- خبرة في سوق الشرق الأوسط هي ميزة إضافية
- اللغة العربية مكتوبة ومحكية تعتبر نقطة قوة
- القدرة على التواصل بفعالية وكفاءة مع مجموعة واسعة من العملاء والشركاء عبر وسائط متعددة، بما في ذلك الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني والاجتماعات وجهًا لوجه
- متحمس للغاية، طموح، رغبة في تحمل المسؤولية والتأكد من تحقيق أفضل النتائج
- القدرة على العمل نحو الأهداف واستخدامها كأداة دافعة لتحقيق وتجاوز الأهداف
- طبيعة قابلة للتكيف والتعاون، العمل مع الزملاء في الفريق
